ORDER

Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, drawing the notice of this Court to the memorandum issued by the Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Chennai dated 20.11.2018 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ choose any one of the four options, namely, Pollachi

Municipality, Udumalpet Municipality, Namakkal Municipality and Mettur Municipality, submitted that the same has not been accepted by the petitioner.

2. When this Court found that the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's doctor who has been taking care of him for a long time, is in Kerala and that his request for transfer to Gudalur should be considered, is far from acceptance, at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the contempt petition.

3. Recording the statement and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
