This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 26.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mrs.Usha Ramman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the allegation of the petitioner is that the Association is not submitting necessary records to the Registrar of Societies and thus it is still collecting money from the members. On the allegation in the complaint, no positive direction can be granted to the respondent police to register an FIR. It is for the members of the association to move a special resolution and take action in accordance with law.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
