C.M.P.No.7530 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.44800 of 2025 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Mr.N.Rangaswamy, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.B.Sivakolappan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.7530 of 2025 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

6. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.N.Rangaswamy, as counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.B.Sivakolappan, as counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
