This petition has been filed to direct the respondent in the above complaint dated 29.03.2016 to investigate and register a complaint under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.130 of 2016 and the same has been closed.
