O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this transfer petition with a prayer to withdraw the proceedings from the file of Sub-Court, Ariyalur and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Perambalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit the respondent has filed the suit in O.S.No. 285 of 2016 before the Sub Court, Ariyalur, for declaration and permanent injunction and he has no objection for transferring the same to the file of Principal Sub Court, Trichy.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the suit in O.S.No. 285 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Ariyalur and is transferred to Principal Sub Court, Trichy. A further direction is issued to the Principal Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Trichy, to complete the trial, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
