..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that Section 12(1)(ii) and 12(3)(vi) of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2017 requiring payment of Rs.1,000/- for filing writ petition and Rs.2,000/- for writ appeal is arbitrary and illegal as it violates of Articles 14, 21 and 39-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the third respondent to allow filing of writ petitions and writ appeals on payment of court fee of Rs.200/-.
