Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.06.2015 and give permission to conduct the dance programme on 29.06.2015 at about 7.00 p.m. held at Arulmegu Sri Mariamman Temple Theedal during Therthiruvizha function at Sevinthipatty Village and post Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be "Uratchi Mandra Thalaivar" (Local Body President) in Sevinthapatty Village, Namakkal District and organizer of temple festival of Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Temple situate at Sevinthipatty Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District and the temple festival is scheduled to be conducted between 28.06.2015 and 30.06.2015 and while conducting temple festival, song and dance programme is scheduled to be performed on 29.06.2015 at 7.00 p.m. and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 22.06.2015 to the respondents seeking permission and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and hence, prays for appropriate orders.

5. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2015, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 27.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
