It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the parties have entered into a compromise. The memo of compromise dated 22.12.2015, duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel is filed before this Court. 4.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in accordance with the terms of the Memo of Compromise dated 22.12.2015. The said Memo of Compromise shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
