Petition filed Under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.1581 dated 24/04/2009 whereby modifying the Judgment passed in S.T.C.No.3131 of 2006, dated 26.05.2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Coimbatore.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo before this Court on 14.10.2015 and the same reads as follows:- "It is submitted that the petitioner above named expired on 14.11.2011 at K.T.V.R. Hospital, Narayana Guru Mission Road, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. The death certificate in respect of the petitioner is enclosed. Hence this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take this Memo on file and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice"

In view of the above reasons given in the memo that since the petitioner died, no steps have been taken. Hence, this Criminal Revision is disposed of.
