The learned counsel for the petitioner/wife would submit that even though the petitioner has left the matrimonial home in the year 2017, she filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2019 and the same is pending without any progress.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent/husband has not appeared and the matter is periodically adjourned 1/3
at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent/husband has not appeared even for the mediation. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of H.M.O.P. 3.Considering the above submissions, a direction is given to the learned Sub Judge, Kangayam, to monitor the mediation process and if the matter is not settled, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
