The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2016, pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent/wife has no objection for transferring the original petition pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2016 is withdrawn and transferred from the file of Subordinate Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
