This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.07.2024 and to conduct survey in the subject property and demarcate the boundaries and to issue individual patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and conduct the survey in line with the title documents and based on the joint patta that has been issued in the name of the vendor of the property and complete this process within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, survey shall be conducted in their presence. 2/4

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
