This writ Petition is filed to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 9.11.2018 on 12.6.2019 and take appropriate action by correcting revenue records.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 16.5.2013. The petitioner was also issued with a patta for the said property. The petitioner while verifying the 'A' Register and the Adangal found that an entry has been made to the effect that it is a Conditional Adi Dravidar land.

3. According to the petitioner, this entry must be removed from the 'A' Register. The petitioner, therefore, made representations to the respondents on 9.11.2018 and 12.6.2019. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

4. This court has carefully considered the submissions made on either side and the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 9.11.2018 and 12.06.2019 along with all relevant records and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with a copy of the representations dated 9.11.2018 and 12.06.2019 and a copy of this order.
