Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.This petition has been filed seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2013 within a stipulated period.

3.In the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent it has been admitted that based on the petitioner's representation, verification has been completed and it has been duly intimated to the appropriate authority to take further steps to consider the petitioner's representation to effect mutation in the Revenue Records in respect of Survey No.770/2 of Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

4.In the light of the above fact, there will be a direction upon the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in the light of the steps already taken and pass orders as proposed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
