C.M.P.No.9489 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.311 of 2018 M.M.SUNDRESH, J and C.SARAVANAN, J (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) Seeking permission to withdraw the amount lying to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.369 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (II Additional District Court), Poonamallee, the present petition has been filed by the claimants.

2.Inasmuch as the order passed in C.M.A.No.311 of 2018 dated 25.04.2018 qua compensation has become final inter se parties, the petitioners are entitled for the remaining amount.

3.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
