] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the order in Crl.M.P.No.2589/2023 in S.C.No.3 of 2023 dated 06.01.2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
