Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1973 against the judgment and order dated 10.11.2014 in R.C.A.No.6 of 2011 on the file of the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court at Chennai (Appellate Authority) which confirms the order and decreetal order dated 03.11.2010 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2009 filed by the petitioner herein on the file of the Rent Controller (XIII Judge) Small Causes Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner/tenant has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 26.02.2015 stating that he will vacate the petition premises on or before 30.11.2015.

In view of the affidavit of undertaking given by the petitioner/tenant, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner/tenant to vacate and hand over possession of the petition premises to the respondents/landlords on or before 30.11.2015. The affidavit of undertaking dated 26.02.2015 is hereby recorded and the same shall form part of this order. No costs.
