ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is for considering the petitioner's representation.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made an application to the first respondent on 19.10.2017 and 23.12.2017 seeking for promotion to the post of Salesman in the second respondent/society, which has not been considered till date.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2017 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation dated 23.12.2017 to the first respondent forthwith.

5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
