This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.149 of 2022.

2.Heard, Mr.D.Nagasila, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, Senior Counsel for Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sole respondent and perused the materials available on record before this Court.

3.Without adverting to the allegations made in the application seeking to condone the delay and considering that the written statement has also been filed along with the condone delay application, the delay is condoned. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff is directed to file his reply to the written statement within a period of three weeks from today.
