1. This petition is to condone the delay of 1065 days in representing the appeal.

The reasons mentioned in the affidavit are that the bundle got misplaced and thereafter in view of the nationwide lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic period, they could not immediately comply with all the queries and represent the appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
