This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.In view of the same and considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Mr.V.Kalyanaraman for M/s.Aiyar and Dolia, learned Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6.
