Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 6th respondent culminating in the impugned order bearing No.Na.Ka.8997/Retrenchment/P.Tech./2017 dated 29.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 5th and 6th respondents to restore the services of the members of the petitioner.
