Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To grant Interim Injunction restraining the respondents 2 to 8 from alienating or encumbering in any manner the properties more fully described in the petition B-Schedule hereunder being the suit properties in OS.No.199 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District and Session Judge (FTC) at Court at Villupuram (in CMP.No.8327 of 2022) pending disposal of the AS.No.220 of 2022.
