ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking to amend the petitioner's name as "A.Subramanian" instead of "A.Subramaniyan" in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25582 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.25582 of 2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
