Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr.M.R.Dhalapathy Vignesh Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, submits that the nature of grievance, cause of action and relief sought are common and hence, the present WMP. 4.
Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours day-after-tomorrow (09.07.2025). This submission is recorded.
