Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take action on complaint for issuing (Non Traceable Certificate) NTC dated 15.02.2025 given by the petitioner for missing of original sale deed in Document No.1/459/1992 dated 17.03.1992 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Periyamet.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2025 for issuance of a Non Traceable Certificate in respect of the missing original sale deed registered as Document No.1/459/1992 dated 17.03.1992, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Periyamet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent for an enquiry and to produce all the relevant documents in support of the request for issuance of Non-Traceable Certificate. The first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.02.2025 for issuance of Non-Traceable Certificate, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
