Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to directing the first respondent to search and produce the petitioner's son namely S.Senthilkumar aged about 40 years before this Court and set him at libert.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The detenu - S.Senthilkumar is present. On enquiry, he has informed us that he is not in the illegal custody of anybody and at present, he is living with his mother.

2. There appears some disputes between the detenue and his wife. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly.
