This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1997 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m. until further orders. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1997 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 is relaxed.
