OXYZO Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., and to expunge the specific observations "... It is seen from the records produced .... Of course, Demand Notice is not produced as Annexure. This fact is available in Para 3 of the Appeal. ... This data shows that the Petitioner/Appellant had been paying the loan due after the receipt of the Demand Notice. Nearly Rs.4 corres was paid after the receipt of the Demand Notice. So far, property is not sold"; that the same as being unjust, illegal, perverse and contrary to the established principles of law.
