This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 09.10.2024 in STC No.1896 of 2022 on the file of the learned XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 11 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
