commercial invoices, pending clearance, by way of furnishing a simple Bond as prescribed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No(s).6433 of 2024.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consignments covered by the writ petition were released by the Customs authorities. As a consequence, he submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
