PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 27.01.2025 in I.A.No.419 of 2024 in A.I.R (SA) No.757 of 2024 on the file of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, quash the same and consequently direct the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai to hear the I.A.No 419 of 2024 on merits.

ORDER

2. Placing on record the said statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
