ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.T.G.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 29.07.2015 expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
