ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.05.2022 challenging the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 05.02.2021, cancelling the patta issued in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Ms.R.Divyapreathika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11814 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025 pertaining to another co-owner of the property, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.05.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
