Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari fied mandamus calling for records of the respondents particularly that of the 3rd respondent dated 20.6.15 and quash the same as illegal unlawful ultra vires against principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to execute his service as Vice Principal in the office of the 2nd respondent by providing him all his continuous service and monetary benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the effect that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prefer an appeal before the statutory authorities.
