A.No.2284 of 2023 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking leave of the Court to mark the photocopies of the plaint document Nos.2 to 36.

2. The respondents/defendants already set exparte and the case is at this stage of recording the set exparte evidence of PW1.

3. According to the applicant, the plaint was presented with photocopies of the Doc.Nos.2 to 36. The applicant in his affidavit had asserted that the said photocopies were verified with original and filed before this Court along with the plaint. The original documents which were kept in the office were misplaced due to lapse of time and the original documents are untraceable.

4. In view of the assertion made by the applicant that the original of the document Nos.2 to 36 which were kept in their office are either destroyed or misplaced, this Court inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly this application is allowed.
