O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.L.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has made certain allegations against his colleague working in the same College. In cases of this nature, it is not advisable for the police to enter into the campus immediately in the guise of investigation and harass the teachers.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint before the Head of the Institution and on receipt of the same, the Head of the Institution shall conduct an internal enquiry and thereafter, if any cognizable offence is made out, they shall take appropriate action in accordance with the law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
