O R D E R

This petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner on his representation dated 10.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is a plaintiff in OS.No.135 of 2002 and in other cases, which are pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thittakudi. It is alleged that the defendant in the suit and certain others about whom this Court does not want to make any reference are preventing the litigant from going to the court even for giving evidence.

4. In this regard, a complaint seems to have been lodged before the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore and he had pleaded helplessness and had advised the parties to approach this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer of the case. Admittedly, transfer CMP is also pending before this Court. While so, the petitioner is before this Court seeking police protection.

5. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the 1st respondent police seeking police protection on payment of relevant charges as envisaged in PSO.No.380 [Fees for services of the police aid entertainments and for private guards]. On such representation being given, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and act in accordance with law.
