Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the above said condition Stay at peryakulam and report before the periyakulam police station, daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.OP.No.6222/2022 order dated 01.04.2022 of this petitioner. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E. BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6222 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the Periyakulam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
