CRIME NO.102 OF 2022.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4496 of 2022 by an order dated 14.03.2022 the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M. MUTHUKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4496 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4496 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
