ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 4 th respondent to deal with the representations made by the petitioner on 07.12.2024 and 06.01.2025 and to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 6 th respondent with respect to the subject property and restore the patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.Heard Mr.Venkataswamy Babu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.12.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 6 th respondent and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
