ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in connection with the case in Cr.No.703 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is almost completed and within a period of four months final report will be filed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.703 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This four months period is only an outer limit.
