By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be a member of Temple Festival Organizing Committee relating to Arulmigu Shri Mariamman Temple, V.Mannarpalayam Taluk, Salem District, and he submitted an application dated 22.6.2015, to the respondent praying for necessary permission to conduct cultural events on 30.6.2015, in connection with the above said temple festival, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 22.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 29.6.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
