This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd Respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 08.07.2021 in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tindivanam in Crl.M.P.No.989/2021 dated 13.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that based on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tindivanam in Crl.M.P.No.989 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021, a case in Crime No.136 of 2022 has been registered by the third respondent.
