Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ, order or direction or any other appropriate writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent, the Sub-Registrar, Padapai, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2023 and necessary entry shall be made to show that the cancellation of 1/4
settlement deed in Document No.1506/2008 dated 25.03.2008 has been revoked as per the order of 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.40/2023/A4 dated 27.02.2023. A fresh encumbrance certificate shall be issued without showing the details of revocation of the Settlement deed within a stipulated time.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the Petition today.
