ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "that the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police, every day at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders" by this Court in the order dated 12.02.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.3435 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3435 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is relaxed.
