ORDER
Though the prayer in the writ petition is to quash the charge memo dated 03-06-2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a stipulated time.

Taking into account the narrow prayer of the petitioner to complete the proceedings, this Court directs the respondent to complete the proceedings dated 03-06-2015, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
