O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest by the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 10 read with 9 (m) of POCSO Act in Crime No. 21 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has placed the statement before this Court recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., given by the victim girl, in which, the victim has confirmed that the petitioner is not involved in the commission of the alleged offences. The victim's father has also given a statement confirming the statement given by the victim.

3. After recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and after recording 164 Cr.P.C., statement given by the victim as well as her father, this anticipatory bail petition will have to be necessarily closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
