[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Petitioner / Father has preferred the instant Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in directing the 1st Respondent to produce the body of his daughter, viz., Sangeetha, aged 15 years before this Court and to handover her to him.

3. Today, the Petitioner's minor daughter, Ms.Sangeetha is produced by the 1st Respondent before this Court. Since the Petitioner's daughter, viz., Ms.Sangeetha is born on 22.09.2002 and she being a minor as on date, this Court, permits her to proceed along with her parents.
