O R D E R

This Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.217 of 2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Crime was registered for the offence under Sections 406, 418 & 420 of I.P.C., as against the accused persons. He further submitted since, the amounts involved in this case is Rs.4,00,00,000/-, the respondent has requested the Superintendent of Police to transfer the investigation on the file of the CBCID and the same is pending. Hence, he seeks for dismissal of the petition.

3.In view of the above submission, it is seen that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has already requested the Superintendent of Police to transfer the said case to the file of the CBCID and the same is pending. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

4.The Superintendent of Police, Vellore is directed to consider the request made by the respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.217 of 2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
